Vehicles less than 36 months of age from point of registration do not qualify for Personalised Pricing.

Campaign Details:

Personalised pricing offers a reduction on Servicing costs on specified packages (full list shown below in 'Campaign Scope') for BMW and MINI vehicles that are 36+ months old. This price reduction results from using the 3yr+ National Labour Rate as well as a price reduction on parts amounting to at least 20% of the net RRP. Participants are authorized BMW Retailers and BMW Service workshops (hereinafter referred to as 'Participants'). The Participant is always free to offer or charge the customer the campaign price or any other freely selectable price.

Qualifications and discounts are defined by the age of the vehicle:

Participants will have agreed a pre-defined labour rate per hour from a choice of two options, to be applied when a qualifying vehicle requires any of the specified packages described below in 'Campaign Scope'. If these packages require Oil, this is also agreed at a pre-defined rate per litre. The age of the vehicle from registration then governs the discount that will be offered by the Participant on any parts required in a package.

Vehicles 36 – 84 months of age from point of registration– 20% discount on parts RRP

Vehicles 84 – 120 months of age from point of registration – 30% discount on parts RRP

Vehicles 120+ months of age from point of registration– 40% discount on parts RRP
